What is Diet?

    A lot of doctors and scientists talk about diets constantly, a lot of articles and reviews are written to this theme. And it seemed everything was said about diets and how not get fat. But nevertheless I want to bring up the point one more time for trustful women who want to keep diet for loosing their weight, to give them a warning not to trust implicitly to all kind of them. It can really damage your health. Sometimes it is better to be healthy and fat than thin and sick.
    Diet is the most horrible word for many women. But let's remember what is it diet? If we translate the word "diet" from Greece, it means 'eating', 'way of living'. Diets of different countries can include or exclude certain foodstuff. People can follow this or that diet according of different reason: because of some illness, for example an allergy on some food, for recovering the health or for loosing some weight. Exactly the last variant people connect with the word "diet" - to loose the weight or to become thin. It is the most desirable thing women what to do especially before going to summer holiday or if their favorite apparel is small. Why women don't like the word diet? I can tell you, because under the word "diet" they understand refusing from some food or even starving. It is wrong vision. Smart women who want to loose the weight follow the right diet. The right diet consists in the following. The first, any diet should be accompanied by any activity: running, jogging, swimming and even walking. Otherwise all your efforts will be in vane. The second, don't start the diet right off the boat, it should be gradually. Today you have a feast of fat things and tomorrow you start keep diet. Everything should be gradually otherwise your system will get a serious stress. The third, don't starve. It is better to refuse from couple foodstuff. In the morning till 12 a.m. you can have a good breakfast you can even eat everything you want but in a sensible measure. Lunch should be less free like steaming meat or fish with vegetables but without bread. And dinner should consist of some fruit or low-fat yoghurt. Between eating you should drink a lot of water.
